Waitlist & Scheduling FAQ

How does the waitlist work?

Customers are placed on a first-come, first-served waitlist. Scheduling is confirmed one week in advance based on weather conditions.

If demand is high and we can’t get to you this season, you may need to wait until next year or explore other options.

Deposits are not required, but they help prioritize your spot. You must accept your staining estimate before being added to the waitlist.

Weather impacts scheduling. If rain delays work, we adjust the queue dynamically to avoid major rescheduling issues.

When you join the waitlist, your request is logged in our system. You’ll receive a confirmation, and as we schedule jobs, we’ll notify you when your turn approaches.

Wait times vary based on demand and weather conditions. Typically, customers can expect a 2-4 week wait time, but we’ll update you along the way!

No deposit is required to join the waitlist. However, payment details will be discussed when scheduling your staining appointment.

Staining helps protect your fence from UV rays, moisture, and rot. It also enhances the wood’s appearance and extends its lifespan.

Our team will clean and prepare the fence, apply high-quality stain evenly, and allow it to dry. The entire process usually takes 1-2 days.

Staining requires dry conditions. If rain is expected, we will reschedule your appointment for the next available dry day.
