After researching fence companies off and on for about 6 months we selected Cool Cat and are very happy with the results! Peyton (PM) came out for initial appointment and gave all the details necessary to finalize our decision. We had a good idea of what we were looking for and Peyton was able to quickly measure and leave us with pricing before he left. There were some unforeseen issues with 811 that delayed the project start, but all was resolved and Peyton assured us that he would get a crew right out. A couple days later Joel (foreman) and his crew came out and got started. Even with the advent of a weather change, Joel and his crew had our fence completed in 1 1/2 days! After walking completed project with Joel we had one slight issue with the quality of boards on one side of double gate - Joel and another team member had revision complete in about 20 minutes and asked us to come look to see if we were happy. We were, and are, very happy with our new fence. Their pricing was a bit higher than the other company we narrowed it down to, however we are so happy with the quality, customer service and warranty. Joel and team were communicative, prompt and respectful of our property. We will not hesitate to recommend Cool Cat going forward!

We got an estimate on Friday, it seemed reasonable. They were back out the next Thursday to do the install. Clean, efficient, and they thought about other aspects too, like adding dirt under the gate so a dog couldn't just crawl under...
Update: Used Cool Cat Fence for a second project and they delivered again. Ruvim was great with the estimate and Vlad and his team were amazing; they worked efficiently while maintaining top-notch quality!

Cool Cat just finished installing my new fence this week, working through rain and snow! The crew, led by Danny Criollo, did a great job - they worked efficiently, the fence looks great, and they left the yard cleaner than when they started. It isn't an easy site - sloping terrain and mature trees to work around. I'd highly recommend them!

After the fierce Bomb Cyclone tore through in November 2024, we discovered part of our fence panels had collapsed, demanding immediate attention. As we scanned the neighborhood, we spotted several Cool Cat vans. Despite a mixed bag of Yelp reviews—some not so glowing—we decided to give them a chance. They provided us with three quotes, with Cool Cat landing right in the middle. What really swayed us was our estimator, Elijah U., whose friendly demeanor and helpful attitude made all the difference.

We had our fence one side done with another company/workers with my backyard neighbor that I share a fence with, however another side of the fence that I share with 2nd neighbor on the left side: was done by Cool Cat. Now I can compare the jobs done by 2 companies and see a huge difference !!! First, Cool Cat fence panels are WITHOUT round holes (unlike other company who has a lower quality of wood & filled with round holes at different areas), each wood piece placed: it has LESS space in between each other (more privacy for us from the neighbors), these panels are taller, posts are strongly cemented straight (NOT tilted) and Cool Cat also offers warranty. Joel came by to take care of certain boards & job was done up to my satisfaction. Definitely recommend, thank you so much for a high quality work !
The fence on my property turned out great! The crew did a great job with removing the old fence and the attention to detail on the new fence is much appreciated.

Edit: They ended up messing up parts of my fence and despite having a warranty no one has come out to fix the massive crack in one of the gates, the other gate had a huge hole in it because they didn't remove the fence before putting it up and their way of fixing the issue was to just add a plank. If you want a fencing company that will do their job, follow through, and keep up with their end of the problems I would strongly suggest FINDING SOMEONE ELSE. They'll charge you around 10k for a roughly bad job they will mostly not fix correctly at all. SO buyers be warned.

They were quick to adjust the gate for me when I changed my mind as well which was absolutely beautiful and the financing went well. The only thing I don't really like is that for 10K I have to still pay for someone to come back out and paint/seal the wood instead of that being added on and I do wish there was a more communication when it came to how everything will be laid out and the cost of each thing as I will have to have them come back out to put up another fence that I thought was included into that pricing and removing one last piece of chain link.
That being said it was a great service and I would recommend and use it again just hopefully try for much better communication if I am going to be paying nearly 10K on a fence...

We just had Cool Cat Fence replace our old tired cedar fence with over 250’ of new cedar full panel fencing and two gates. The materials and craftsmanship is excellent! Jose and his crew did an excellent, professional job on our ~400ft fence project. Working with Cool Cat was a smooth experience. Communication with our project manager, Jesus, was great. We had a complicated project with multiple drops due to slope, a 14' custom iron vehicle gate, and 3 walk through gates of different sizes. The final result was perfectly square and aligned, and looks great. I would highly recommend Cool Cat.
I loved working with the Cool Cat team from start to finish. The communication was outstanding and any questions or issues were resolved right away. And our new cedar fence looks great, including the notch out to accommodate our giant tree roots. Well done Cool Cat!

We had a great experience working with Cool Cat! During the estimation process we were advised on the different fencing and pricing options, which ultimately helped us decide what would best fit our budget and needs since we have two dogs (one of which if an escape artist). During the week of installation Kenny and his crew leader were here early and ready to go. Our backyard privacy fence was completed in 3-days despite some delays on the second day, but the crew stayed late on the final day to ensure everything was wrapped up and completed on time. We were especially impressed with the team’s care and attention to detail when putting on the finishing touches and making sure all the materials were installed correctly and secured. We have already recommended Cool Cat to family members, friends, and neighbors. We love the privacy and quality of our backyard fence, and so do our dogs!
