After researching fence companies off and on for about 6 months we selected Cool Cat and are very happy with the results! Peyton (PM) came out for initial appointment and gave all the details necessary to finalize our decision. We had a good idea of what we were looking for and Peyton was able to quickly measure and leave us with pricing before he left. There were some unforeseen issues with 811 that delayed the project start, but all was resolved and Peyton assured us that he would get a crew right out. A couple days later Joel (foreman) and his crew came out and got started. Even with the advent of a weather change, Joel and his crew had our fence completed in 1 1/2 days! After walking completed project with Joel we had one slight issue with the quality of boards on one side of double gate - Joel and another team member had revision complete in about 20 minutes and asked us to come look to see if we were happy. We were, and are, very happy with our new fence. Their pricing was a bit higher than the other company we narrowed it down to, however we are so happy with the quality, customer service and warranty. Joel and team were communicative, prompt and respectful of our property. We will not hesitate to recommend Cool Cat going forward!

Absolutely beautiful work! And just so wonderful to work with! Bravo! Thank you so much!!

We got an estimate on Friday, it seemed reasonable. They were back out the next Thursday to do the install. Clean, efficient, and they thought about other aspects too, like adding dirt under the gate so a dog couldn't just crawl under...

Update: Used Cool Cat Fence for a second project and they delivered again. Ruvim was great with the estimate and Vlad and his team were amazing; they worked efficiently while maintaining top-notch quality!

My experience with Cool Cat Fence was excellent - the entire process was smooth and professional. Ruvim did a fantastic job with the estimate and got me scheduled quickly, which was greatly appreciated. Taras and his team were incredible during the build — their craftsmanship and attention to detail were top-notch. They also provided thoughtful recommendations that improved the final design, and made sure to answer any questions that came up along the way. The finished fence looks amazing, and the quality is clear. If you’re looking for a team that’s skilled, efficient, and customer-focused, I highly recommend Cool Cat Fence.

Cool Cat just finished installing my new fence this week, working through rain and snow! The crew, led by Danny Criollo, did a great job - they worked efficiently, the fence looks great, and they left the yard cleaner than when they started. It isn't an easy site - sloping terrain and mature trees to work around. I'd highly recommend them!

Paul Nguyen

Juan and his team arrived and finished on time. They were even gracious enough to trim my neighbor’s little tree that we share the fence with. I would 100% go with Cool Cat next time! We love our new fence

I needed To replace some chain-link fence as one of my subcontractors backed into it on a construction project of ours.
Everyday, I see the Cool Cat billboard in South Seattle, so I knew exactly who to call. Extremely easy quote process, and very communicative employees. Fair price and got the work done quickly and it looks great.
There was a slight hiccup on site at the time of installation, and the crew was great at getting the problem solved and moving forward with the project.

After the fierce Bomb Cyclone tore through in November 2024, we discovered part of our fence panels had collapsed, demanding immediate attention. As we scanned the neighborhood, we spotted several Cool Cat vans. Despite a mixed bag of Yelp reviews—some not so glowing—we decided to give them a chance. They provided us with three quotes, with Cool Cat landing right in the middle. What really swayed us was our estimator, Elijah U., whose friendly demeanor and helpful attitude made all the difference.

On the day of the project, foreman Tony Cruz and his dedicated team arrived, ready to bring their vision to life. After hours of hard work, we were ecstatic to see our new fence—a stunning, durable structure that surpassed our previous one. Tony impressed us with his expertise in fence construction and confidently outlined the post-project warranty. Our experience with Cool Cat Fence has been nothing short of fantastic, from scheduling to project completion. We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of fencing solutions!

Update: They came back to fix the fence. I highly recommend.

The Cool Cat Fence team delivered a solid fence installation experience. Their efficiency was impressive - completing the entire project in just 2 days. Juan, in particular, stood out for his exceptional customer service. He showed great patience and professionalism, consistently checking in throughout the installation process and seeking approval at key stages to ensure everything met my expectations.

The final product is well-constructed and looks great overall. While there is one small area that could use some improvement, it doesn't detract significantly from the quality of the work. I would have appreciated a more thorough final walkthrough before the team wrapped up, which might have caught this minor issue.

Despite these small points, I'm quite satisfied with my new fence and would recommend Cool Cat Fence to others looking for quality fence installation with good customer service. The team's speed, skill, and communication made the process largely smooth and straightforward.

We had our fence one side done with another company/workers with my backyard neighbor that I share a fence with, however another side of the fence that I share with 2nd neighbor on the left side: was done by Cool Cat. Now I can compare the jobs done by 2 companies and see a huge difference !!! First, Cool Cat fence panels are WITHOUT round holes (unlike other company who has a lower quality of wood & filled with round holes at different areas), each wood piece placed: it has LESS space in between each other (more privacy for us from the neighbors), these panels are taller, posts are strongly cemented straight (NOT tilted) and Cool Cat also offers warranty. Joel came by to take care of certain boards & job was done up to my satisfaction. Definitely recommend, thank you so much for a high quality work !

Danny Choi

The fence on my property turned out great! The crew did a great job with removing the old fence and the attention to detail on the new fence is much appreciated.

Jenn Anderson

Roman was knowledgeable and extremely thorough! Super friendly too!! Grateful he came. We are super satisfied customers already! Will recommend Cool Cat to anyone.

Edit: They ended up messing up parts of my fence and despite having a warranty no one has come out to fix the massive crack in one of the gates, the other gate had a huge hole in it because they didn't remove the fence before putting it up and their way of fixing the issue was to just add a plank. If you want a fencing company that will do their job, follow through, and keep up with their end of the problems I would strongly suggest FINDING SOMEONE ELSE. They'll charge you around 10k for a roughly bad job they will mostly not fix correctly at all. SO buyers be warned.

Older Version: The fence turned out very beautifully and they worked hard to get me to better understand every little bit to what was going on. They were quick to adjust the gate for me when I changed my mind as well which was absolutely beautiful and the financing went well. The only thing I don't really like is that for 10K I have to still pay for someone to come back out and paint/seal the wood instead of that being added on and I do wish there was a more communication when it came to how everything will be laid out and the cost of each thing as I will have to have them come back out to put up another fence that I thought was included into that pricing and removing one last piece of chain link.

That being said it was a great service and I would recommend and use it again just hopefully try for much better communication if I am going to be paying nearly 10K on a fence...

Vasili Arvanitidis

Cool cat did a great job making a custom fence for our HOA common area. Even working directly with our security company to coordinate a new locking system while retaining the same key.

Thank you cool cat!

Greg Merlino

We just had Cool Cat Fence replace our old tired cedar fence with over 250’ of new cedar full panel fencing and two gates. The materials and craftsmanship is excellent! Our foreman Oleksanr and his crew were accommodating, flexible and excellent communicators. I would highly recommend Cool Cat to anyone that asks

Connor Poske

Jose and his crew did an excellent, professional job on our ~400ft fence project. Working with Cool Cat was a smooth experience. Communication with our project manager, Jesus, was great. We had a complicated project with multiple drops due to slope, a 14' custom iron vehicle gate, and 3 walk through gates of different sizes. The final result was perfectly square and aligned, and looks great. I would highly recommend Cool Cat.

Jennifer Ramirez Robson

I loved working with the Cool Cat team from start to finish. The communication was outstanding and any questions or issues were resolved right away. And our new cedar fence looks great, including the notch out to accommodate our giant tree roots. Well done Cool Cat!

June Safford

My experience with Peyton has been wonderful.
He explained in detail how my fence would be constructed based on my personal needs and was able to quickly get me on the schedule for installation. I am excited to see the finished product! Great job Peyton!

Jonathan Gonzalez came in with a take charge attitude. He looked at the space, found out what was needed and completed the task above the expectation. Kudos to Jonathan and his crew for a job well done. I love ❤️ my fence and won’t hesitate to recommend Cool Cat to my neighbors.

Tonia Turigliatto

We had a great experience working with Cool Cat! During the estimation process we were advised on the different fencing and pricing options, which ultimately helped us decide what would best fit our budget and needs since we have two dogs (one of which if an escape artist). During the week of installation Kenny and his crew leader were here early and ready to go. Our backyard privacy fence was completed in 3-days despite some delays on the second day, but the crew stayed late on the final day to ensure everything was wrapped up and completed on time. We were especially impressed with the team’s care and attention to detail when putting on the finishing touches and making sure all the materials were installed correctly and secured. We have already recommended Cool Cat to family members, friends, and neighbors. We love the privacy and quality of our backyard fence, and so do our dogs!

Marco Balcazar was an amazing foreman. He kept project on task and was very communitive with everyone who was at my home during project installation. It is a bit pricey but I will take great communication great work and exceptional service over cheap and non communitive. Thank you Marco to you and Miguel for a job well done. Where's my placard?? Haha

If you want peace of mind about your project then you need to go with Cool Cats Fencing. The representative I met with was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. The project was completed in one day and looks amazing.

Ian Ferguson

I needed to replace my two wooden gates, replace a rotted out fence post, and have some detached boards renailed. Cool Cat Fence's estimate was a great price for the quality of the work and materials. Despite a scheduling mishap, they were still able to come out on the original day the work was scheduled for and complete the project on time. I'm particularly pleased with the new latch hardware which is easier to use and should last a lot longer than the hardware on my old gates.

Had Jared out to give us an estimate. He was very professional and thorough. Less than 1 week later we had a team out to replace our fence. Took 2 days. They were very efficient and made sure to leave my yard clean and ready for my dogs. Looks great. We will be staining it black to keep the "artists" from leaving their mark.

My experience and.results with the fencing project was superb!!! David and Jesus, the Foremen were so professional, courteous, thorough and so respectful, running this project with an outstanding crew! Hard to believe they accomplished a pasture fence and a front fence in three days! I I just bought the house and have hired landscapers, design companies etc. and have been so disappointed making hiring anyone traumatic enough to think twice before give hiring any company for needs. This experience was flawless from sales, price, quality, clean up, work statement follow through and a top notch installation team! Thank you David and Jesus - well done!!

Linda Brandfors

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Cool Cat Fence! From start to finish, the entire process was excellent, and my new fence turned out absolutely beautiful. The installation was completed in just two days, and the quality of the workmanship truly exceeded my expectations. The team demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, knowledge, expertise, and attention to detail. It was clear they knew exactly what they were doing and took pride in their work. The finished product looks fantastic.
