Lisa Halpern1 days agoEric did an exceptional job of listening, coming up with the solution and explaining how the company works in a way that was concise, warm and appealing. My husband and I both felt very at ease with him, which is a rare, valuable skill. He deserves a raise… he’s definitely a keeper.Posted on Google
Ben Salmon1 days agoWe LOVE our new fence by Cool Cat Fencing! Mark and his crew did an amazing job!! They took away our old fence, installed a new one, with gates and a trellis. Plus, the ground is like concrete in our backyard, but that didn't stop them from completing our large project in only two days. We are blown away by their high-quality craftsmanship. Do yourself a favor and hire Cool Cat Fencing for your own project. Thank you Cool Cat Fencing!!!+2Posted on Google

The fence technician, Oleg, did a great job! From arrival to departure was only about 6 hours, or so, and he did all the work alone. I really appreciate the metal, adjustable, turnbuckle in addition to the crossbrace to keep the gates from sagging over time.+2Posted on Google

Frank Thompson3 days agoDavid is great the cost of materials is just way out my comfort. I was not expecting 47 K dollars for metal fence then I had him see what cedar would be and 25K is crazy. Thanks for coming out and being very professional if my financial changes I will call you. Thanks F. ThompsonPosted on Google
Paul Mutemi3 days agoHere's one for Cool Cat Fence, ready to paste: "We hired Cool Cat Fence to replace the cedar fence at our home in Mukilteo, and we couldn't be happier with the result. It wasn't a straightforward job — nearly 400 feet of fencing, a double swing gate, and a section along a sloped cliff edge — but the crew handled every part of it professionally and with real craftsmanship. Communication was clear from the estimate through to completion, the team showed up when they said they would, and the finished fence looks fantastic and feels built to last. The whole process, including financing, was smooth and straightforward. We'd gladly recommend Cool Cat Fence to anyone looking for quality fence work done right.+0Posted on Google

Jared Hebert5 days agoArtem and his apprentice did a great job, and I truly appreciate the work they put into our fence installation. Unfortunately, my overall experience with Cool Cat Fence was not entirely positive. I felt pressured by the salesman to make a decision before he left our home because of a promotional offer that included free steel posts and a lifetime warranty. The pressure was significant enough that I actually had to excuse myself from the room and explain directly to the sales representative that I felt pressured by the way the offer was being presented. We were made to feel like we needed to commit right then to take advantage of the deal. However, I am currently seeing the exact same promotion advertised on Facebook, which makes that pressure feel unnecessary and misleading. If the promotion is still available, I don’t understand why we were made to feel like we had to make an immediate decision. On top of that, our project was delayed because the necessary people were not scheduled to come out and mark the utility lines on our property in a timely manner. This was frustrating and added unnecessary delays to a process that should have been better coordinated. I want to give credit where it is due because Artem and his apprentice did excellent work. However, I believe the sales experience, communication, and scheduling process need improvement. The quality of the installation matters, but so does how customers are treated and how expectations are managed from the beginning. I hope Cool Cat Fence takes this feedback seriously and works toward making the overall customer experience as good as the work their installation crew provides.+6Posted on Google

Torina Scott7 days agoThe estimate process was very informative & price was a lot less than another one i got. The tear down (of my old fence) and setup was quick and efficient & they always checked in on me during the building process to make sure it’s what i wanted - end post positions, gate openings, etc. Took under two days (one day plus three hours the following day to finish up.) Plus nice guys.+2Posted on Google

Charles Lee9 days agoRuvym and Sych from Cool Cat Fence did a wonderful job repairing our fence (October 13th, 2026 in West Seattle). High quality materials were used and they communicated thoroughly at every stage of the repair & installation. They cleaned up the job site very well. From the initial consultation with Tim Klimchuk, I was very impressed by their system (from the presentation, initial quote and scheduling). It was very efficient and well-organized. Also, this is the only company that brought out sample materials that they use for the work. From the initial consultation visit, they always communicated via text when their team would arrive. I knew who I would be meeting with and when I would be seeing them. Also, I had a last minute modification request on how the mailbox should be installed. Ruvym went to get extra materials and secure the mailbox where my neighbors wanted it to be. Also, he added a "roof," which was also requested. Overall, I'm very happy with the work they did. If you need a new fence or a repair, definitely give them a call.+3Posted on Google

Foreman Tony made sure all aspects of my fence was to my liking. He even gave me options that I didn’t know I had that are very important to the final look of the fence. Shaun Keller12 days agoStart to finish was a great and easy process. Had several bids done and they hands down beat them all, not to mention they have a great deal with free metal posts. Our foreman Marco was very transparent, fast, efficient, hard working, walks you through every single step while providing options, makes sure you’re pleased with the entire process start to finish, even the smallest details mattered. Miguel was extremely efficient, hard working, detailed, clearly knows his job and how to get it done. We had a potential major issue with where our power line was run and before coming to talk with us about it he had covered all the bases for potential questions/concerns as well options for fixes had we not been able to proceed how we originally discussed. The original plan was able to be done BUT the fact he had all bases covered before bringing the issue to us was outstanding. We couldn’t be happier with our fence. Marco and Miguel did a fantastic job!+2Posted on Google

Ian Ferguson12 days agoI needed to replace my two wooden gates, replace a rotted out fence post, and have some detached boards renailed. Cool Cat Fence's estimate was a great price for the quality of the work and materials. Despite a scheduling mishap, they were still able to come out on the original day the work was scheduled for and complete the project on time. I'm particularly pleased with the new latch hardware which is easier to use and should last a lot longer than the hardware on my old gates.+0Posted on Google

David and Jesus, the Foremen were so professional, courteous, thorough and so respectful, running this project with an outstanding crew! Hard to believe they accomplished a pasture fence and a front fence in three days! I I just bought the house and have hired landscapers, design companies etc. and have been so disappointed making hiring anyone traumatic enough to think twice before give hiring any company for needs. This experience was flawless from sales, price, quality, clean up, work statement follow through and a top notch installation team! Thank you David and Jesus - well done!!+5Posted on Google

Chase Robbins15 days agoTymofii Lyzhenko was amazing to work with. He removed my entire fence, hauled it away, and worked all my wants and needs into the schedule to make sure I was getting what I wanted. I appreciated that he would come and grab me if he had a question or was simply asking me if I was happy with the something was installed. He was extremely respectful of my privacy and all the questions I had regarding my project. I will be working with him again in the future without a doubt. Tymofii is your guy 100%Posted on Google
Kendra Novak15 days agoCool Cat Fence is a fencing company I would definitely work with again. Their salesman, Philip, was personable and easy to talk to. He worked with us and our budget as much as possible. He even offered to talk to our neighbors about the fence for us, since it’s shared. Our neighbors weren’t home at the time but it’s nice to know they will be the middle man if needed! They were quick to get back to me after I had reached out regarding my fencing project. They came out and quoted us for a 27ft fence and were able to split the bill as our neighbors did go in on the fence with us (thank you!). They were also able to schedule it very quickly, which was fantastic given the state of the fence and the fact that we’re coming into stormy season. The project took 1 day of work, the two techs worked tirelessly to get our project completed. They went above and beyond. They noticed that the fencing next to the new gate had boards that were splitting pretty bad and swapped them for good ones from the removed fencing. All-in-all: The fence looks great, the gate looks great, and now we don’t have to worry about our fence falling down! Before and after photos attached.+5Posted on Google

Sho15 days agoWe hired Cool Cat Fence for a 35‑linear‑foot premium raw cedar installation, including a 3‑foot single walk gate, a 12‑foot double drive gate, and 3‑inch black metal posts. Pro: The physical fence is gorgeous. Con: The back‑office management, scheduling logistics, and operational oversight behind the scenes were a complete disaster. 1. Silent Rescheduling & a Full No‑Show We paid 100% of the project balance upfront to secure a specifically confirmed Friday morning installation. Both my husband and I arranged time off work to be home on‑site. Friday morning arrived — and no one showed up. Only after checking my inbox did I discover an automated email sent late Thursday night quietly moving our installation to Monday. No phone call. No confirmation. No acknowledgment of the disruption this caused. 2. Management Failure & Shifting Responsibility When we called to address the no‑show, the customer service representative, Shanela, handled the situation with grace. She was the only positive part of our customer service experience. However, forcing front‑line staff to absorb the fallout from severe logistical failures while ownership and upper management remain absent is deeply unprofessional. Management’s initial explanation was a “sick foreman.” Not long after, we received a text attempting to send an alternate crew out Saturday morning. While the Saturday offer may have been intended as a courtesy, it came across as a last‑minute scramble after a full day of shifting explanations and friction over an inconvenience credit. If an alternate crew was available, that option should have been presented proactively — not dropped on us late Friday afternoon, asking us to sacrifice our weekend to fix their operational mistake. Additionally, management claimed that a voicemail had been left for us — yet no such voicemail was ever received. And even if one had been, a single unanswered call is not an acceptable standard for communicating a full installation reschedule happening the very next day. A company that respects its clients’ time makes multiple attempts to reach them: a second call, a direct text message, or at minimum a confirmation call the following morning. Any of these would have demonstrated basic professionalism and respect for the fact that we had arranged our work schedules around their commitment. 3. On‑Site Disruption & Lost Workday While contractors using residential power is standard, Cool Cat Fence provided no advance notice about the heavy amp draw of their commercial equipment. On Monday, their tools repeatedly tripped our breaker, shutting down our home office, killing the Wi‑Fi router, and dropping me out of a live corporate client presentation twice. My workday was derailed and had to be rescheduled. With no contingency plan or equipment provided, my sleep‑deprived husband — who had just finished an overnight hospital shift — had to coordinate access to our neighbor’s power. The repeated interruptions meant he ultimately had to call out of work again because he couldn’t get any sleep. Final Takeaway Cool Cat Fence delivered a beautiful fence, but the lack of communication, management accountability, and basic on‑site preparation took a heavy toll on our household, our time, and our workdays. Quality materials do not compensate for chaotic business operations. I would have gladly paid an extra $1,000 for the same fence if it meant avoiding the interruptions, mismanagement, loss of income, work reschedules, and overall headache this project created.Posted on Google

The only one with any complaints is our husky, who is now short on escape routes. Thanks so much!+5Posted on Google
