Artem and his apprentice did a great job, and I truly appreciate the work they put into our fence installation.

Unfortunately, my overall experience with Cool Cat Fence was not entirely positive.

I felt pressured by the salesman to make a decision before he left our home because of a promotional offer that included free steel posts and a lifetime warranty. The pressure was significant enough that I actually had to excuse myself from the room and explain directly to the sales representative that I felt pressured by the way the offer was being presented. We were made to feel like we needed to commit right then to take advantage of the deal. However, I am currently seeing the exact same promotion advertised on Facebook, which makes that pressure feel unnecessary and misleading. If the promotion is still available, I don’t understand why we were made to feel like we had to make an immediate decision.

On top of that, our project was delayed because the necessary people were not scheduled to come out and mark the utility lines on our property in a timely manner. This was frustrating and added unnecessary delays to a process that should have been better coordinated.

I want to give credit where it is due because Artem and his apprentice did excellent work.

However, I believe the sales experience, communication, and scheduling process need improvement. The quality of the installation matters, but so does how customers are treated and how expectations are managed from the beginning. I hope Cool Cat Fence takes this feedback seriously and works toward making the overall customer experience as good as the work their installation crew provides.

After interviewing 4 different companies we settled on Cool Cat and we are so happy we did. Our fence job required a number of custom quirks due to our need to have an animal escape proof fence.
