I had a great experience with Slavik from Cool Cat Fence! He was very honest, professional, and knowledgeable about his job. He took the time to explain everything in detail, including the different types of fencing they offer, payment options, and other important information. He answered all my questions clearly and made sure I understood my options without making me feel pressured.

I truly appreciate his honesty, transparency, and willingness to help. It's refreshing to meet someone who knows his products well and genuinely takes the time to educate his customers. Slavik is the kind of person who represents a company exceptionally well. If I were to start my own company, he's exactly the kind of person I would want on my team. That says a lot about the impression he made on me.

It’s nice to have someone who is knowledgeable and is willing to take the time to show you pictures because, you know, sometimes you don’t visualize in your head. I felt absolutely no pressure, which is a plus. It’s probably the reason why I decided to go with it because it wasn’t all about money. It was about the quality of what the company can give me, which is what I really appreciated him explaining that the fence, how it’s gonna be built, what wood is used, very thorough. I don’t even think I left with any questions. He was kind enough to measure the side walls, but he also understood that I needed to talk to the neighbors, which I really appreciated, instead of saying no, this is what you have to do right now. Our experience with Mr. Walter Yarmolyuk was very pleasant. He thoroughly covered the product and warranty, responsibility of the project manager, the lead on-site supervisor, and the experience and workmanship of the installers. He was very helpful with the completion of our application for both financed promotional offers. We selected the 0% APR for 12 months, no money down, etc. Overall, our time with Walter was pleasant and  professional in answering all our questions or concerns—if he wasn’t sure, he did not hesitate to contact his supervisor to insure his responses to our questions were correct. Daniel is an amazing young man with a bright future.  I have been in Customer Service, Sales, etc, as a corporate trainer.  Usually in the aspect of being a Failure Analyst.  Opposite here.  Success Analyst.  His knowledge of the product and process was communicated with passion and precision.  Every question I asked, and there were many, he answered directly and decisively.  He left no room for me to wonder if your fence company will deliver. If installers are of the same DNA, there is no question my finished product will give another 5 star review, amoung the other 2000+ Five ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Finish.

Hold on tight to him because with a little more development, he will be what every company seeks in a Sales Manager.

Even though Jason tried thru all his knowledgeable means of getting me approved and he exhausted all venues and couldn't help me because my credit is too low, overall, he made his visit a pleasant one. He was very nice, ez to speak with and we're going to revisit this plan for my new fence late in November. Hopefully, by then I will not only have the deposit but perhaps I'll be able to pay the entire amount to get my fence project done.
