I got several quotes for my fence but no better presentation and experience than what Eric Lee did for me .  Eric gave us an incredible glimpse of what cool cat fence would do for us and just sold us on using them.  Eric even gave me customer service after hours and just helped all around.  Alex the foreman, and his helper which I didn't get his name, absolutely hit a home run on building my fence.  They worked so hard til what seemed like 9 o'clock pm doing the work of like 10 guys.  The fence is really well done and I can't say enough great things about cool cat and my overall experience has been very pleasant because of Eric and Alex putting in the work. We couldn’t be happier with our new fence! From start to finish, the entire experience was amazing. The whole team was professional, friendly, hardworking, and truly cared about making sure everything was done right. A special shoutout to Tony, who was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. He was so helpful, professional, attentive, and easy to work with. Tony really went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly and that we were happy with the final result. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. The fence turned out absolutely beautiful and has completely transformed our yard. The quality and attention to detail are incredible, and the crew did such a great job! Can't recommend these guys enough! We had a bit of a nightmare scenario of both an incredibly large and oddly shaped area to fence in and very inconveniently placed utility lines. On top of this, an extra, very odd fence on top of a retaining wall. We were able to work with them to get something worked out in the original timeline, which was also within a week of signing papers. All around I felt like I got a premium fence with very little hassle, given how difficult the job was. I love my new ColorMax steel! Was an absolutely amazing experience from the first phone call. I booked to the estimator coming out to getting the job on the schedule, absolutely flawless I couldn’t have asked for better service. it wasn’t overpriced, especially for what the product is. The most expensive fence is a fence you have to do twice! 😉 This one I’ll never have to replace again. Fernando did an amazing job and his crew were so nice, they were sweet to my dog too.
