Everyone I worked with was helpful and efficient. My estimate from Jesus was informative and fair; I was able to contact him very quickly with questions. From the time Yakov showed up in the morning, the work team kept me informed about the work. My original request for installation on a brick wall portion turned out to be unworkable due to the outdated fixtures in the original fence. Yakov convinced to consider a more updated installation that looks more sturdy and clean than the original one. I was skeptical about the original estimate of one day to remove the old fence and install a new one, particularly because of the change in installation on the brick wall, which required new fixtures. The work was efficient and new teams and people showed up at various times for specific jobs like removing the old fence pieces. The fence was finished by early evening and looks great. I'm very pleased with the organization, communication and resulting fence. Yakov is a professional in every sense. We absolutely love our new fence! Jesus took his time to walk the perimeter with us, answer our questions, show us examples, and take notes. Our fence design and install was on the complicated side as it required installing posts on top of a cement retaining wall and several details regarding the heights (elevation drops) and where the horizontal fence should transition to open hog wire. Jose asked questions along the way to make sure the design was how we wanted it and confirm the location and openings for the gates. The crew installed the fence with precision and stayed late to finish the job in a timely manner. We also appreciated their professionalism and how they kept us informed about when they would be working. Several different neighbors have told us how much they like the fence.
