Reach out by phone or online form, and our team will schedule an on-site estimate at a convenient time for you. We’ll confirm this appointment by text and email.
You’ll receive communication about which employee is coming (including their photo & bio) and when they’ll arrive. We’ll gather measurements and email you a detailed estimate.
If you’re ready to move forward with your project, you can accept the estimate online with an e-signature. Once we’ve received your signature, we’ll schedule your installation date.
We’ll show up on time on your scheduled service date and install your brand new fence. You’ll receive follow-up emails and texts to ensure there aren’t any loose ends.

The Cool Cat Fence team delivered a solid fence installation experience. Their efficiency was impressive - completing the entire project in just 2 days. Juan, in particular, stood out for his exceptional customer service. He showed great patience and professionalism, consistently checking in throughout the installation process and seeking approval at key stages to ensure everything met my expectations.
The final product is well-constructed and looks great overall. While there is one small area that could use some improvement, it doesn't detract significantly from the quality of the work. I would have appreciated a more thorough final walkthrough before the team wrapped up, which might have caught this minor issue.
Despite these small points, I'm quite satisfied with my new fence and would recommend Cool Cat Fence to others looking for quality fence installation with good customer service. The team's speed, skill, and communication made the process largely smooth and straightforward.
Older Version: The fence turned out very beautifully and they worked hard to get me to better understand every little bit to what was going on. They were quick to adjust the gate for me when I changed my mind as well which was absolutely beautiful and the financing went well. The only thing I don't really like is that for 10K I have to still pay for someone to come back out and paint/seal the wood instead of that being added on and I do wish there was a more communication when it came to how everything will be laid out and the cost of each thing as I will have to have them come back out to put up another fence that I thought was included into that pricing and removing one last piece of chain link.
That being said it was a great service and I would recommend and use it again just hopefully try for much better communication if I am going to be paying nearly 10K on a fence...
